Your Deli Department needs to get it together. 3 times in a row I have ordered a sandwich on line, shown up 10 to 15 minutes after I'm told it will be ready, and it's still not ready. The reason I use the in store pick up is so I don't have to wait, but I end up waiting.

Typical Publix, where shopping is a pleasure. Always fresh products, from in house bakery and pastry shop, to the meat butcher and the seafood department. At the entrance you can refill your water bottle or rent a movie and also buy some nice and fresh flowers. Publix is a bit pricey, but by far the best supermarket chain in Florida.

I absolutely love Publix flowers. Their roses are high quality and long lasting. I cut the stems short and place in a low vase with all of the provided food and they usually last over a week. Their 3 for $12 bundles are also perfect for a last minute gift idea if you arrange them together nicely.

Good quality supermarket catering for most tastes.This was our closest supermarket while on a self catering holiday.We managed to find everything we needed here. We liked that they do loose fruit and vegetables. There's organic varieties available too.The bakery section is good too, with a great variety of quality sliced loaves.There's a fresh fish counter and the salmon we bought was delicious.Checkout was reasonably quick, with only a short queue.The store has ample free parking right outside. It's also fully accessible, with automatic doors and wide aisles. Restrooms are also available for customers use.Of the several staff we dealt with, some were easy going and friendly while a couple of others came across slightly abrupt and stern looking.We liked the store, but the prices seem quite high compared to other shopping we've done in the USA. That's why it doesn't get five stars.

I live local to this location and enjoy my visits, but only go here if really necessary. The prices are slightly higher on certain items compared to the location closer to my home.

Publix, wherever you find one, is always clean, well stocked and well managed. And while they do have a house brand they do not attempt to replace proven brands such as Boar's Head meats which has been doing a good job for Publix, and the customers, for twenty five years. I love the bakery.

Today the fried chicken was much better did u change the breading.or the batter

DeeDee who works in the deli is by far one of the nicest people I have ever met ! She went above and beyond with helping my elderly father who had a dizzy spell in her store. Not only did she help him to finish his shopping but she also insisted of driving him home to make sure he got there safe !! Publix should be proud to have her !! Thank you again ❤️

I love their hot and cold food counter. The hoagies are excellent. If you get a hot food family pack you get sides, rolls, and i like the fried chicken. Definitely recommend!

Publix is always great, but this one is fantastic. The employees are all extremely nice and helpful and take their time to listen to you. It's clean and has fresh produce. The manager was super nice to us and didn't seem bogged down by stress like other managers. The pharmacy was knowledgeable and kind. And I got the biggest free sample I've ever seen in my life. It was a big portion of delicious chicken and salad and the guy making it checked back in to see if I liked it and we had a short conversation that was helpful and not pushy in a sales sense. I'm extremely impressed, I'm glad it's now my closest Publix!!

Another great Publix experience, as expected. Clean facility, clean restrooms. Very friendly staff. Well-stocked shelves lined with a wide variety of foodstuffs, including organic and locally sourced items. Their produce is usually very fresh and un great shape. Their bakery hands out free cookies for the kids and their pizza dough is awesome!

Had my sons 8th bday and mine down here in Florida and they did a amazingly good job best cakes ever...stop bye if you vist Kissimmee

Publix Super Market had what I needed and the staff was very personable. The staff, stocker and cashier were very helpful and charismatic. I will shop there again. Very clean and organized.

Always clean and friendly. Great quality and nice assortment of brand and generic staples. People say the prices are higher. I guess being a resident and a "different" generation, I only feel like prices are "high" when I have to buy something last minute or on the fly, like a Publix premade meal, salad or sandwich. I cook at home and shop with a list that allows me to take advantage of sales and specials...lol...this means my home is always pretty well stocked...no need to be out there with the doomsday shoppers either! Speaking of which I also say thanks to this store for its recent increase in sanitation.

Everytime I come too town I shop here and never had a problem. This weekend twice I've had attitude given to me when only I politely asked for directions to a product and second with a bagger. No offense but if you hate your job dont take it on the customers. Especially those who are nice to you all. Not coming back and telling those who vacation to not come either

I shop here all the time.Needed a prescription filled the guy looked at me and turned away.I will NEVER go there for a prescription again.The pain in my joints was so bad was crying at the chk out.. Never again

So nice to have a grocery onsite. The mall is going to need a light or roundabout on the street behind Denny's at the entrance with the addition of the new buildings. Publix had stock of everything we need and expect, except what was expected to be missing: TP, hand sanitizer. Liquid hand soap was a surprise miss though.
